how to add images in the replies to a discussion to make more money?

Hello folks, i readed several times that adding an image to our post, help us to earn much more per post. Now i'm trying to do that but, while i can add an image when i open a discussion (i simply need to click on "add an image"), i've not understood how to add an image when i respond to a discussion or i add a comment. I guess it should be possible add an image there, coz i saw some answers with a pic, but i can only add some tag, i can't see how to add an image there. Can you help me to know how to add an image in the answers? thanks.
