If a friend of yours wants you to become a business partner what will you do?

It is a very tricky situation when a good friend asks yo to become a business partner. Either the friendship may become stronger as a result of the partnership or the friendship could break. Business throws up new and challenging situations which are not so easy to handle as a freindship. Two people may have two different ways of handling a business situation which could cause a lot of heart burn.
Shoudl you go into a business partnership with a friend?

Hi buddies,
If a frnd of you wants you to become a business partner what will you do?
I will take in my as a business partner.If our relationship is so much strong
means our relationship never breaks ever and the ever in the future.So like that
we have keep our business as strong with ur frnds.
We have take our frnds only they are intrested,frndly nature,helping nature,no jealous to him,no cunningness,good attitude and respectable person.

Hello! Of course not.I will not accept the offer of a friend to be his business partner as it would hamper the friendship at some point of time for silly matters.There are many examples.thanx.
