I'm not sure. I've only uploaded a photo once in this site so far. Maybe you can directly upload the photo to let it appear in your profile page's "my photos". Click "photos" above (between "friends" and "earnings" buttons. Then maybe you can "add comment" here and maybe there will be the "add image" option which you can click.

I've seen it, it's here already, congratultions! It must have been just a glitch on mylot when you failed to upload it the first time. Did the government build it? Do people already live in those towers? I can imagine it must be a breathtaking view from the top. The architecture looks unique especially at the top. I like it! Thanks for sharing!
