What body part would you choose to loose if you had to ?

This question requires you to think abou the body part you think you could afford to loose and still live a normal life ?.You have the option of choosing internal organs as well . I suppose the option of internal organs would be choosen for persons who are vain and think we are physically attractive and wouldnt want to loose something that someone would see. The more practical among would probably realise the value of internal organs and opt for the former. YOU DECIDE.
