how to make more money in call center?

I once worked in a call center for 7 months. I have to admit that I can earn even more here online than working in a call center which is so tiresome.

Call Centers here in the Philippines pays more than a minimum salary or it doubles the minimum salary just for agents. Clients from US, UK, Canada, Korea or Australia and there are others for multilingual call centers that pays at least P40,000 or 818.660 USD specially for Japanese, Korean, Spanish or Chinese speakers. Clients can give cash incentives for attendance, performance, sales, customer satisfaction survey, best agent, best team, and etc. In able to get more money in call center, you have to give all your best and it will double your basic salary. There are also ultimate incentives like free trip to Hong Kong, Beaches here in the Philippines, or regional travel here in Asia and sometimes gift certificates, free movie tickets, discount cards, gift cards, gadgets and a lot more. It also helps the agents to do their job, give them motivation to perform.

To know more about the earnings you can make in the call center. You should have the knowledge about which you are supporting. If you are supporting for a good Customer then you can earn lot. I too have see people earning 30000 per month whereas their salary was only 9000 on the payrolls.

In my country, Malaysia, you will get more if you work the graveyard shift. Well, I do the graveyard shift, because of the money, but it's also because I hate getting stuck in traffic.:)

And sometimes, during my down time, at times I've no calls, what I do is that I click on my ptc sites and write my blog, as well as posts on mylot!! And with that, I earn extra money everyday just to pay some bills, which is really great for me!

What about you? What do you do to get more money in call centers? My call centre has not applied ABC yet, but we do not have annual bonus. So yeah..:)
