Dawn's don't do perky

We were watching Wheel of Fortune Monday night. I keep frustrating poor Dearra by blurting out the answers before she gets them, although sometimes she beats me now! Anyway I was having a good night and so Dearra suggested that I try and get on the show. Well we have discussed this before and I always tell her that there seems to be a requirement that contestants display a certain amount of perkiness and I just don't do perky. So Dearra says, "Mom can't you just fake perky for a while and lose it later?"
So guys, how do you fake perky? lol

*LOL* I don't do perky, either! ;) I think some people are capable of faking it, though! You seem like a fun person, so you could probably fake being perky for a while! ;)

hmmmm faking perky is that like faking an "O"? If so I couldn't do it either. I don't fake well. Or maybe by perky she means certian anotomy? Maybe a good push up bra or in my case lots of spandex..... not quite sure, but I think it might just be smiling a lot, and acting like a bubble headed teenager?

I am with you. I have no idea how to fake perky. I am a low key person and always have been. I would never be good as a contestant for one of those shows because it is just not in me to jump up and down and scream and get all excited. I am more like Ben Stein. Hum drum and all.

I fake perky every morning from the first cup of java on..lolno really I am sort of a clown so perky wouldnt be that hard to do ..lol unless, I dont get enough sleep, then I am not perky at all...lol@dawnald (85137)
