how to treat the job

in this time,it is hard to work honesty, cos you donot know what the boss want to do,if you always think the boss full of time, you have no time to do the vocation.
but if you do your work honesty,and justice,maybe you are out of work quickly.it is so hard to me, i feel so sad.how to treat th e work, i ca feel happy, ithink ineed quit it, find a new job or sth, i am lost wish friend warm hearted,give me some advice,esp work in china.
