I believe that I have all of Priest's studio albums from Rocka Rolla up to at LEAST Turbo, as well as their live album from that tour - with bonus tracks. I also have one other album with Rob Halford in the group.
I also have Painkiller on my hard drive, but instead of the files listed as individual songs, the MP3 files are listed as track 01 thru track 10.
It does seem that they have maintained their standard, as you said. They started right around the time of Black Sabbath & Deep Purple, as well as coming from the same areas as those other two bands. Black Sabbath & Deep Purple managed to have gotten a better start. Overall, Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, Ken "KK Downing, & Ian Hill managed to stay together (not counting the brief Ripper Owens time) managed to stay together. Black Sabbath managed to end up having trouble staying together, & so has Deep Purple. However, those two bands managed to spin off Whitesnake, Rainbow, Ozzy Osbourne, & Dio. Oh - yeah - Rob Halford even had a brief stint as the front man for Black Sabbath. Overall, despite the better success of Black Sabbath & Deep Purple 30 years ago, Priest has stood the test of those decades, stayed together, & are still going strong.
