seeing icecream can you resist not eating

icecream is my weakness. banana split is my favourite. maximum at a time i have eaten 4 cones. i just can't resist eating icecream. yummie.
do you resist?

I can resist eating ice cream because its my favorite food and i'm ashamed if i cannot eat it because it causes me sore throat but even if i have sore throat i still continue it but when i finish it i'll drink lukewarm water 4 to 8 times and eat a orange fruit.

Yes, luckily I'm not a huge fan of ice cream so I can resist. In the summer I sometimes have fruit sorbet but when it's cold out, like it is now, I don't have any frozen treats...makes me shiver just thinking about it. :-)

When I was working hard to reduce my weight, I forced myself to resist ice creams. But if still I cant, I just go for one, and do a lots of work out to compensate. But if you put a bowl of my favourite choclate dip ice cream, I dont think at any point of time I can resist.

Only if it's chocolate ice cream, but that's because I'm allergic to all forms of chocolate and the cacao plant. Otherwise ice cream disappears pretty quick in my house.
