Hi. The Indian tri-color adorned the surface of Moon at 8.31pm on Friday when the Moon Impact Probe (MIP) crash landed successfully on the south pole of Earth’s nearest cosmic neighbor, making India only the fourth country in the world to ever touch base with it. The other countries to have achieved this feat are the US, USSR and Japan. ISRO said in an early reaction that the maneuver was 'perfect'. A lot of congratulation to the ISRO and all Indians out there.
