I like the cinnamon rolls and cinnamon cookies my mom used to bake.
But unlike other cakes that I cant match with my mom's,there are lots of food and pastries that I love at present. I love the cinnamon rolls with nuts by our local bake shops such as Red Ribbon. The cinnamon clusters of goldilocks. Cinnamon sticks and buns by Cinnabon. I like those cinnamon thingies by Sweet Inspiration and Dulcinea. I like apple pie with the cinnamon tastes....
I am really hungry now...I like my cinnamon stuff with coffee...How about you...you like food with cinnamon?

There was this small, "no name" bakery in Baguio that sold cinnamon rolls. The rolls were plain, caramelized on top but not the fancy type, inexpensive. But I loved those rolls there. they were delicious! I guess it was in the mix of the dough. I have bought similar cinnamon rolls in so many bakeries here in Metro Manila in the hope of recapturing the pleasure, but to no avail.
