Yesterday morning it was my kids. Cary on the PC and the girls wanted to get on. Cary didn't want to get off. I told the girls to go and use the other PC but they didn't want to because it was too slow. Somebody said something to Cary, he hit Dearra and next thing I knew she was throwing him on the floor. Unfortunately the bed was rather close to his head and boom thump crying kid. Turns out she gave him a good sized goose egg on his forehead. Fortunately nothing that couldn't be taken care of with ice. Then we went to the adoption center to help set up. There were two gray kittens from the same litter, male and female who got really grumpy with each other. So I took the female out of the cage and held her. But when it was time to leave, and I put her back in, they right away got grumpy with each other. So I opened the cage to rescue her and she ran for it. When I left, one person was holding her and the other was holding the grouchy brother. Guess being in a strange place is what did it to them. Apparently sibling squabbles are not just a human thing!

Yes even animals do fight and establish a hierarchy between them. I had to female dogs who used to fight like cats and dogs until they established who is the boss between them. HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR. © ronaldinu 2008

Yes they do. I'm not sure what this was all about though.

Our kids fight, it seems, all the time. Especially Becky and Jenny. They share a room and get on each others nerves way to much. But occasionally it is Becky and Stephy. And then it comes to blows. Always starts with Stephy hitting Becky in the head and then she goes ballistic. I am surprised we have never had to take any of them to an emergency room the way that they go at it. Surprisingly I have rarely seen Jenny and Stephy go at it. They will have disagreements but they have never come to blows.I do not know why they always have to hit each other. They are told not to, they get grounded for doing so. But yet they still do. I like your comparison to the kitties. I remember when I was a child when my brother and I would get in a fight (I never fought with my sister) my grandmother would ask if we were puppy dogs. We would answer "No". and she would reply "well then why do you fight like puppy dogs?"
