I have a question about cream cheese?

if i accidentally left it out for like an hour when i left and came home and put it back in the fridge, is it okay to eat again or is it ruined?

It should be more than fine, it was only an hour... it's not like it was overnight or extended period of time.

i would think it would be fine. i leave mine out that long to soften up to put it in a recipe.

Unless it was out in heat an hour wouldn't ruin it. If it was just room temperature, it should be fine.

It MIGHT be ruined.Don't try eating it anymore. It really also depends on the heat and humidity. To be sure just throw it away. You might spend more if something happens to you.
