Is it OK to use unverified pay pal account? What if I don't have any credit or ATM card? Can I use my sister's credit card? How about my mother's ATM card? Please help me... Good bless..

It is absolutely alright if you use an unverified paypal account... nothing wrong in that. And as far as credit card goes i think you should use you own card. I too hav an unverified account but i do recieve money. I dont have a credit card and i dont want to give details of my debit card so i have too have an unverified account.

Mine is unverified. I don't have a credit card. So, I am the same way.

as far as i know you can use unverified paypal account for your pourposes. yes can use use other credit cards also. someone correct me if i am wrong.
