I notice if the person is warm and friendly but I remember that shy people might not make a strong impression at first but do so later on. I like a caring and thoughtful sort of person most of all. I like the person to look clean and tidy as well as smell neutral or pleasant. However I know that I shouldn't judge a book by the cover. I once knew a messy looking student but she was a lovely person with a charming personality.

I don't know why this discussion is entitled "a simple question needs a simple answer", the title is nothing to do with the content, but I like your answer.
Usually I tend to judge people by his/her appearance and clothing. People who wear in tidy and clean leaves better impression, and those who are smelly and ugly would of course keep us from closing to her/him

We can't really judge a person just by looking at them.. i have this friend who went to a meeting looking all neat and clean, along the way she had an accident, a car splashed dirty water on her and she went to the meeting looking all dirty.. It's a simple example but thinking about it, there are two sides in every situation, we don't have the right to judge, we can only accept:)
