I just graduated from university last year, then I came to this company which produce the Steam turbine and generator as a sales. My boss is very nice, and always encourage me, give me many support. Now I have work independently. In my opinion, it is a benefical for the whole life with a kind boss.

Yes, I agree with you that having a very kind and understanding boss is very beneficial and encouraging. Especially if you are the boss because you have started your own business or program. A lot of people are looking for jobs - millions of them. But only few have the entrepreneurial spirit to start their own business and be the boss. happy
