Can a Bone-Marorow transplant stop HIV?

It is reported that a patient in Berlin appears free of HIV two years after bone marrow transplant. If the transplant does prove to have been a success and can be replicated , it present a glimmer of hope in AIDS treatment. What's your opinion about it?
