I Talked To My Brother The Other Day Part 2  

Thank you so much Grandpa Bob! I really appreciate that!! Sometimes I don't know which way to turn, to do this or that regardless if the other doesn't like it or not because we sure as hell can't please everyone. I try my best for my parents but dang, they won't cooperate so what am I to do? What them worry themselves to death and deal with the guilt later? I soooooo hate that idea!!!! Because once they're gone, they're gone, there's no turning back no bringing them back to right things!! It's done! I just want my parents to be happy, is that too much to ask for?

Let me just say this hun,
For them to be happy you have to be happy as well.
It's a give/take situation.
So far it's all give on your end.
I say break free for a bit at least.
Dunno what else to say to you really.

I have to Grandpa Bob. I have to let it go. The only thing I'm worried about is this whole ordeal killing my parents while I did nothing to help in the end. That's going to kill me with guilt even though I know I tried to help it's going to eat me up alive.

You are right about that Grandpa Bob. You're right but you know how the saying goes, it's easier said than done.

Yes my brother is the most arguementive jackass I've ever known! And ever hope to know! He's the middle child and my oldest brother and I are alike, we don't like to argue so we'll just walk away and if the other follows us we'll give them a fair warning to leave and if they don't then we'll haul off and hit them because we can't stand it. Now I had a adopted sister - HAD, which is a long story but she was the youngest and boy did she love to argue and many many a time I've knocked the crap out of her only to get into trouble. She's gone now on her own way and doesn't want anything to do with us, her family, anymore and now we don't even know where she is. The last we heard, she was in Texas. Good for her, the further away she is, the better. After what she's done to all of us, none of us want anything to do with her. The point I'm getting at is this, my oldest brother and I are alike and my ex youngest sister in my middle brother are alike. Now how did that happen? I do not know.
I just want to help mom and dad and my brother wants to work around his schedule and like I told him "It's not about you *****!! It's about Mom and Dad!! But he just doesn't get it because he's got rocks for a brain. No wonder his offspring is like he is!!

No no no Kat, that's the email that started the huge arguement between my brother and I! He said I told too much to everybody about the situation and I embarassed his son!! I mean, who's side is this jackass on anyway? So is he saying it's ok for his son to trash my parents home? Is he such a moran to think that nobody is going to find out? Duh?! He's such a stupid dumb @ss moran!! Besides, he's the one who told me the better the story the more help we'll get for them and he knocks my trying to get help right down!

Well I'm just getting myself confused all over the place today aren't I? Maybe I should have just stayed in bed today. LOL! I don't blame you for being upset hon. It's just not a pretty situation.

Kat sweetie, I've had those days too. In fact, I've had too damned many of them as of late!! ARG!! All you can do is get right back up and dust yourself off and get right back in the game and you'll be fine!! I promise you!! Sooo you're fine, you're just fine. It's a confusing and very messy situation anyway so it's a wonder I don't get confused!!

According to my brother and his wife so he says, I was dictating and my husband was giving out orders (retired military) which wasn't the case at all! He's so defensive of his son and not of my parents because "it's their own fault" as if he's never made a mistake in his life!! Yeah right!! Besides, when he made a mistake, they were there for him every step of the way so why can't he do the same? Because he's a self centered @ss, that's why.

I take it that you saw part one of this discussion? I can't believe mylot would stop at a certain line and not tell me. I was typing away like I had all the room in the world then posted it and found that a chunk of it was missing. Oh talking about mad!! Whew!! It should've stopped so I would've known but it didn't so I had to do a part two and hope that everyone sees it.
I honestly don't know how it's going to happen but my jackass of a nephew is suppose to be out by the end of this month. I guess then we'll go up there and paint the whole place as well as clean it really good so to up the chances of it selling and faster. It sure as hell isn't going to sell in the state my jackass nephew is leaving it in. I'm so fed up with my whole family that I just don't care anymore except for my parents and even they can grate on my nerves because they want my help and then they tell me no don't do it because my brother doesn't want me to. I mean, which is it? and who's side are they or even my brother is on? Hubby had a talk with them today and basically told them to leave me alone because I can't take anymore and that I'm broke out with lupus all over due to my nerves and that when they're ready for our help to let us know and they're ok with that, Thank God!! I can't deal with this wishy washy nonsense. Either get with it or get off.

I found out something last night book and I'm totally ashamed and embarrassed but at the same time, I understand although it isn't right. I'm in a lose lose situation that I'm at the point of giving up completely.
