If you are about my age 45 you may remeber getting these as gifts, well my problem is I want to make some and need some help on what to use.
You used to get thses soap pouches made of thin coloured foam/sponge in a shape say flower, you would put a piece of small soap in the pouch and then sew it up. Are you still with me? Hope so as I'm not that good at expalining on paper some things. Anyway I have the samll soaps, I have the thin pieces of sponge.... what I don't have is what do I sew them together with! Cos its a sponge it is going ot be wet most of the time so normal thread won't do.
ANY IDEAS please?
Many thanks

Sorry anne, I do not know how they are made. I vaguely remember them, but I do not know how to make it. Maybe some string would be better to use for it. Maybe some super glue, but that would un stick with water too. Hopefully someone will remember and give you good advice. I will check back because I want to know now.

I know glue will go straight through the sponge and you will end up with glued fingers and we don't want that now do we?
