Anyone Watched the DEXTER Series?  |

 This is such a great show! I don't have Showtime, so I wait until the season ends and then just rent it! You can watch a whole season in a weekend! I have completed both 1st and 2nd Seasons. Anyone else out there watch this show? I remember watching Michael C. Hall when he was on 6 Feet Under. That's another great series you can rent and watch at your leisure. The concept of a serial killer that kills serial killers. This 2nd season was fantastic!! I'm so interested in your opinion about this show and the wonderful Michael C. Hall. Have a great day!

An interesting an dunique take on a serial killer.
Dexter is fabulous.
All I can tell you is, if you thought season 1 and 2 were great, you ain't seen nothing yet! The 3rd season so far is freaking crazy, totally outdone themselves! I go nuts each week waiting for the next episode!

character written by the author, Jeff Lindsay. Did you know that Jeff had a small part in
last night's episode? He played a cop. Did you catch it?

2.  Trace86 (3407) | 1 year ago |  I love this show too! This season is magnificent. Jimmy Smits is a great actor. I was disappointed when his other show was cancelled, the one where he was a rum maker in Miami.
Michael C Hall is wonderful. The inflection in his voice when he talks in his head is so deadpan and wonderful.
Rita and the kids are great too. The girl who plays Deb is so funny.
For a long time, I was convinced that the woman who plays LaGuerta was the same girl who played Tootie on Facts of Life(Kim Fields). I had to actually look her up to prove it to myself. They really look very similar. Don't you think?

I really like her character...you know the kind you love to hate, then she sort of got nice when she was demoted, but then to find out she was the one boinking the husband, that was Great!!! We love the show, and I didn't know that the 3rd season was in progress, I can't wait for it to hit the shelves!!! | |

| 3. PlantBuddy (90) | 1 year ago | I am a big Dexter fan and am glad to meet another. I watched the show last night and it had a cliffhanger ending. Can't wait until next Sunday night to see if Dexter escapes. I won't spoil it for you by telling you what happened to him, in case you didn't watch yet.
Also like Jimmy Smits character and Dexter's girlfriend, Rita. She's so pretty and I think they make a great couple.
Michael C. Hall is perfect in the role, don't you agree? I am also reading the series of books. Just finishing "Darkly Dreaming Dexter". The books are exactly like the show.

Last night's episode was INTENSE! The Dexter-Miquel relationship is taking some serious turns for the worse. I thought Miquel would be easy to take out but he's cunning and crafty, a worthy opponent.
This is such a great season. Jimmy Smits is a great addition to the cast, especially since things have gotten...complicated.
Dexter will escape and kill Miquel and the Skinner too. It really can't go any other way. But this Skinner-Dexter thing is going to bring up a lot of questions from the police. Why? What's Dexter's connection to Freebo? How will he explain any of it? The biggest problem I see is, it will bring Dexter unwanted attention. He's always so low key, unnoticed. Unless he gets away before anyone even knows he's gone. All I know is I cannot wait for the next episodes!
You mentioned Rita, how do you think the marriage is going to play out? Dexter can't give up his apartment because he can't do his night activities from Rita's house. Where would he hide the slides and his tools of the trade?
Do you think Rita will find out what Dexter really does when he's not home?
Dexter is such a different person than he shows to the everyone, will he be able to hide that from Rita? Do you think having a baby will change Dexter? Do you think Dexter's child will be like him? | |

I usually rent the whole thing when it lands at Blockbuster, but I may not be able to wait this time! The writer of this series is a GENIUS! I wish I could come up with Fabulous ideas like this one. | 5. sirrob (2557) | 1 year ago |  I am an addict already the first time I get hold of the first episode of season 1. I just finished watching the last episode of season 3 and I believe the current season is the best among the 3 seasons so far but was just so easy for Dexter to get away from his own dilemma although there are a lot of twists also coming from his killer partner. I watch them in an online streaming every week and just a few hours after it has shown and sometimes a day or 2 before it is uploaded. The good thing is it's free at all and it has good copies as well.
