Hi everyone. Just had a couple of questions about scams on the internet. Have you ever been scamed? Has anyone ever asked you to send them money via western union money? Do you get emails from people saying you have millions of doolars waiting to be transfered into your bank account? have you ever had someone transfer money to your account asking you to send overseas via western union? If so what did you do? I have had someone arrange, (so they say) there friend in my country to deposit money in my bank account, for me to send to them via western union money. What should i do? They say this money is to help me pay for a clearance certificate, so a bank can tranfer a large sum of money to me. What would you do? I am scared. I have this money sitting in my account and i don't know what to do? Will i get in trouble if i don't send it? Will i get in trouble for sending it? I am scared it could be someone wishing to send payment for drugs or something else illegal overseas. Please tell me what you would do if you were in my shoes?

Hello! I have received such messages like that several times in my e-mail address. But I ignored it and delete it in my inbox because I am aware that those kind of e-mails are just scam. Never do what the ask you to do and never reply to that kind of messages.

My story is another scam scheme in the internet. One of my co-workers e-mail was hacked. All of us who are in her address book receive an e-mail purportedly from her stating that she was stranded in a certain city in Africa, her wallet and all her travel document were snatched and she needs help very badly. Many thought that the e-mail was legit until she contacted and alerted us that the "SOS e-mail" is an scam. I don't think this kind of scamming don't work but another colleague told us that his brother-in-law lost a large amount when he sent money to help supposedly his ex-wife who was stranded in Germany. The ex-wife was in Europe that time but she did not encounter any problem and did not receive any money at all.
