No i don't think i really possessed, but i am acting out of character. Most of the meals and desserts i make come out of a box. I have never been much for cooking, but at times i would bake things from scratch, but not often. In the last month and a half i have made mozzarella chicken, potato soup, applesauce cookies, peppermint bark, and chocolate covered peppermint patties, all from scratch. Tomorrow i plan on making brownies from scratch. Thats more cooking than i usually do in a year. So do you ever have times when you just feel like cooking and making things from scratch? Do you like to cook or are you usually like me and most of the things you eat are frozen or in a box??

hey i wont mind if i get some good food coming towards me.. is it pathetic that im craving your tacos?? the only tacos i get are taco bell and i like yours because i can make my own.. lol.. and we usually good from a box.. when i do cook for some weird reason i just grab various things and throw them together to make a meal buti never write them down to remember how to do them lol..

I very rarely use boxed or packaged foods. I ind it much cheaper to cook from scratch. But ten again I like to play in the kitchen is fun for me to make up dishes. Now one of my daughters is the process food queen. I always tease her because her food usually come out of a box or package. Can she cook yes she can and has proved it. She can follow any recipe. She makes this one dish that she adds her own touch to it and i is a recipe that was handed down from generation to generation and I will have to say so far I like her version of it best. lol When I said that my husband gave me a look because he makes the dish as well. lol

I know how to cook, i always have, but because i don't people think i can't. Its just that i usually don't like to. I usually just go for the quick and easy. But lately its just been hmm i wonder if i can make such and such and i get a recipe and try it out. Right now i am wanting to make a beef stew, but just haven't tried to yet.
