...like the one labeled "R" your wear on your right ear and "L" on your left? Or you just don't mind about it and just plug it in your ear?

Well, I do. I think the sound quality would be so much reduced when it is used not peoperly. Like there is differences between the left and the right earphones especially when you are listening to stereo mode.

I don't know if it's scientifically proven but i feel the same with you. listening pleasure would be maximized i think if you put them in proper place. Maybe 3d sound will put certain instruments in place when listening.

Well... it is, I guess, not something scientific, since it is something that can be feel by people. For stereo mode of sound, the sound came from two speakers. The right and the left. That would made the sound more alive, so it would made differences if you use it in the wrong ears. But in mono sound mode, the left and right speaker produce the same sound, so it would not be different whether you use it properly or not.

Since I am an OC..I make sure that "R" is for my right ear and of "L" for my left and the weird thing I learned for my cp's earphones I know that the longer earphone is the "L" one and the shorter ones is the "R".And I don't share my earphones to anyone.

Same here. I'm just not comfortable wearing the "L" on my right ear. I'd even use a flashlight just to check if it's on the right ear. I did try to invert but the sounds seems to be different compared to when i wear them correctly.
