A book, a text, a moral code, a guide to life, with universal truth teaching ethics, and critical thinking skills. A book that builds people up promoting life and good living with a focus upon helping your neighbor. A book that doesn't insult the intelligence and corroborates scientific exploration. A book that bridges politics, religion and science. The innate belief structure of our human experience tells many of us that there is a strong spiritual connection between us and something that is much larger than just the individual. This is a universal experience that many attribute to one or many gods, for me all are bridged to one universal source I call GOD, (A Great Spirit) There are many links to many discussions that will support the ideas of this book that I hope to produce and have been working on for many years, I invite you to join me in my quest a journey to touch mind and soul. I don't want your money, I want your mind...

Gary. If it helps. Your readers may be interested in a discussion that I have currently on the meaning of paganism. It can be found here: www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1802630.aspx?p=4#2_18451249 You will se from the responses that there is a general consensus in respect of the generic meaning. I now need to identify and research exactly what the constituent parts are before I dare suggest that I know anything of the subject. However, it does seem to me that it encompasses several routes all ending at a common goal. God as he is known in the West. The Great Spirit of whom you speak.

Thank You so much for this reply, in deed the title for such a book that is evolving here with this discussion could be 'The Doctrines of Religion'. The concept here is simple if you have a discussion on or about a particular religion, share a link here so that any reader can find a resource of their interest. What a great example of what I was looking for, thank you again... :)
