Pros & Cons of LG Venus???

It's time for me to upgrade my cell phone & I'm looking at the LG Venus.
I've been using a Motorola for the last 4 years. I like the phone except for the headset feature. It is ALWAYS going out at the dayumdest times.
Can anybody here tell me the good & bad of the LG Venus phone before I buy it???

I have never used any LG's they have only been nokia, samsung or sony ericsson which is what I have now they are good make of phones and are reliable..so would advise you to loo at them...littleowl

My very first phone was a Nokia & I had nothing but trouble with it!!! So, I've not considered them again. Thinking back, that was with a different company. That company had lousy customer service. Verizon has GREAT customer service so I might look at the Nokia again. Don't remember seeing a Sony Ericsson on the list but I might have missed it. Will go back & look at it too. Thanks for the info!!!

THANK YOU Howard!!! I had no volume on the video so I went to the reviews & read about a third of them. It was strange as one person loved it & the next hated it. I'll go back to Verizon on Monday with a few more questions!!!
