Your best bet is to head over to http://www.kongregate.com/ , where there's several thousand of these, ranked by the players, badges to earn etc, and more being added on a daily basis. Far as I'm aware, it's the biggest collection of them on one site.

For me, I would recommend Prizee (en.prizee.com) as one of the cool internet flash games site that I have come across. Here at this site, not only can you play flash games to kill some time, you can actually earn coins known as "Bubz" that you can use to exchange with some awesome gifts such as soft toys, electronic stuff and many other stuff. However, the only disadvantage is that for all the games, you can only play them once a day unless you buy what is known as a "Maxpack", where you can play the games more times. Personally, I just opt for the free gameplays daily because that is actually good enough. The site is basically French based, but the developer has made the site in such a way that the site is available in a number of languages including English, so you won't have any troubles needing to understand French to play the games. I have gotten 2 soft toys for playing on the site for about 1 year or so, and my "Bubz" collection now actually enables me to redeem with much more prizes than I can imagine. You could give it a try if you're too bored online with nothing to do!
