| i am 5 months pregnant with twins. with twins, i was told to get 6-8 calcium servings per day. every time i drink milk or have any other dairy product, phlegm builds up in my throat and i vomit. i called my doctor about this but i can't get in to see her for another 3 weeks. is it safe for me to take calcium supplements instead while i'm pregnant? | | | | | |

They also has prenatal vitamins plus iron or plus calcium, depending on what you are deficient in, so give your doctor a call! | | | | | | |

| | yes you can use calcium supplements what happens is the baby uses up all the calcium and you have to replace it and by you having twins yours pobably really low in calcium your supplement works well with you trying to drink milk you have to protect your bones as well as the childrens.but check with your doctor to make sure it,s ok good luck on having your twins | | | | | | |

| | Thanks a lot for BR my friend, I just remember that my auntie when she's pregnant 20-30 years ago, I don't know if she's taking enough calcium or not but she always loose 1 of her teeth after giving birth to her 3 chidren. That means she losts 3 back teeth. Good luck with your twins. | | | |
