Do You Prefer a Big House or Smaller House?

I prefer big house as there are 6 persons in my family.So if the house is not big enough,all of us feel narrow to live.The house we present live has a roomy parlour, and my daughter always runs here and there happily.It is so nice to hear daughter's laugh loudly,thus big house is my first choise if we need to buy a new one.

Just like you, I prefer a small house. We are only two in the house, so no need to have many rooms and spaces. Just enough space with two or three bedrooms, nice kitchen and simple living room. It's easier to clean and maintain small spaces.

Hii i like to have a small but some what spacious house thats it.
It should be like short and sweet home,When coming to big house
lots of maintainance is needed.and for moving from one room to another
room only takes a lot of time in bighouse.....so i prefer small house only.

I like it the big houses because we in my family are six persons, my mom my dad my two brothers my sister and me of courseall my brothers and sisters are married they dont live in the house but sometimes go to visit the family and they have wife or husband and babies!! I aslo prefer to a smaller house,because I 'm still a single. if the house is too big,I'feel uncomfortable when I stay home alone.oh, I 'd like to site my small house on a farm, plant some cherry trees and orange trees around my house, keep some pet.

I live in a four plex right now. There are 5 kids and me and my husband living here. It is only a three bedroom place. If I had the choice I would like to have a 5 bedroom house but I would not want it to big. I do not think that I would like cleaning a big house.

I prefer a cute little house Filled with happiness and dolls. Filled with my parents,my niece and nephews mischieves,my sister and brother-in-laws care. Tell me which other place can be better than this. A need a place which is small which have people who have big loving hearts. Only that can make a good difference.

I like smaller house with some minimalistic effect. That makes it looked clean. Bigger houses has bigger responsibilities in maintaining that house.

When I have kids... yes... I would like to have a bigger house. Because my kids needs space. But as of at the moment... I am happy and contented of having a small room. Its easy to clean and organized. I dont need a bigger one yet. so this small room will do.

I would like to have a small house but not so very small. Just enough for me and my family. Just 3 bed rooms and 1 guest room will be nice. A comfortable living room
and a nice kitchen. I don;t like a big house too. It is hard to maintain and as what you said, it is very expensive. I want to have an office and library in my house. that is very good.
