Obesity is a serious problem for our society and it is increasing day-by-day. Until now India followed existing international standard which are based in western body type. Obesity is being measured by BMI(Body Mass Index) a measure of body fat based on height and weight. The BMI standard has been revised and under this revision more Indian will be consider obese. Obesity can cause serious health hazardous and more prone to heart problem, diabetes etc. Friends what is your views on the subject please share. pkc3000
