Holiday

Depending on where you live and what you do things are different today course the holiday.
Most people are probably of today. Not me i work, but i can leave when i'm done.
A lot of places are closed today.
Banks schools and the grocery stores close early.
I live in Las Vegas so there is a lot of things going on all the time, but in some places on a holiday the whole town shuts down.
What is it like were you live on holidays?

Hi missybear! That's too bad that you have to work on
Thanksgiving! I hope you were still able to enjoy some
of the holiday anyway! I live in NY, but not in Manhattan
in a city about 45 minutes outside. Most places were closed
today. There were no busses running and I think the trains
were running once in awhile. Not very easy to get around if
you didn't have a vehicle. I wasn't going anywhere so it
didn't change my plans. I had a dinner at home with my boyfriend
and my girlfriend who lives across the street. It was really
nice. We had fun and we were all stuffed! We didn't even make
it to dessert! In fact we have so much left over that we are
going to have Thanksgiving Part 2 this weekend!

We had a great time to, ileft work at noon so i was home early enough to enjoy everything.
And the final result is "2 Pounds".
