How to get "STAR" & "RATING"?

I always wonder how myLot's members get the rating with a star. I see Red, Blue & Yellow Star. What does this start represent? Does it has any help in earning extra money? What is the highest rating one can get? I hope someone could explain as myLot FAQ does not have anything regarding the star & ratings. I often rate people with quality post and how does I know anyone rated me? Sometimes I feel myLot still have a lots to improves. Does myLot permit html editing in discussion board. I do not like balck and white. I love colorful fonts and make the discussion more interesting to be read. Color could be highlighting or emphasize the discussion. Hope someone can help me here. Thanks in advance...

Once you reach 100 you will receive your star and it is rated by other users and by your respones etc... It is basicly how mylot users rate you...

Can anyone rate me now since I am under 100? If someone rated me, how does I know it? Is it shown anywhere? Thanks for responding my discussion.

You will get a star, it is one of the goals one has to work up to I am not sure how many points you have to have maybe 50 I am not sure, You have some good ideas there maybe one day they will be used, Mylot is always improving...

Wow, you have more than 17,000 post and a blue star above 10. Must be a long time posting and join since long time. How much you have earn from myLot? My must be one of the myLot guru. Anyway, thanks for responding to my discussion. I appreciate it.
