Got My Money Back.

There are honest companies out there. My faith in humanity had been restored. I got my money back. I started a discussion about my debit card and money had been taken out of my account. I got my record from my account and this transaction was listed on it with a telephone number. I called the number and got all these options and they gave me a website to go to with a live chat. I had to wait until Monday to do this and so I did. I explain to them that I had not received anything from them they stated they had no record of my request. They asked for proof from my statement thank God I could pull it up on the internet I copied it and pasted it in the chat section. They said they would reimburse my money they did. What I can't understand is how, because I canceled the card. Evidently the money was put into the account before the cancellation too place. In any case I got my money back. Now I have to wait about a week maybe two before I get my new card. The money was from something that was ordered off the internet that I didn't receive. I wonder how it got mixed up like that in the first place? I remember ordering but I didn't receive anything.
