What are you doing with your left over turkey?  | |  Ourselves we just warmed it up and had turkey with all the trimmings again today. But I know many people have special recipes that they use for their left over turkey. So what did you do with yours?

Started off with a plate of basically everything we had last night, and I've continued munching on and off. We have a ton of leftovers though, just like I like it (last year we had very few leftovers, enough for one or two sandwiches - this year we have PLENTY!).
I plan on continuing to munch on the turkey, and also make a few salads with it and sandwiches of course.

| | 2.  walijo2008 (3741) | 1 year ago |  I don't think we had any turkey left this time..lol. We just cooked a smaller one this year and it went fast, no leftovers whatsoever. Usually tho if we have them, I will make turkey sandwiches, or I'll make a turkey salad its like tuna salad, and have turkey sandwiches with that, its good until you've been eating it for several days, then it starts getting old..lol.
