Homemade egg noodles

Anyone else make them? I got a pasta maker last yr for Christmas and I didn't start using it much til late summer as a gear keeps getting knocked out of place. Either way my hubby loves those noodles me & the girls make. It truly puts store bought to shame.

Yes! I love home made egg noodles and they really do put the shop bought ones to shame. They taste a lot better and so fresh. I got a pasta maker last Christmas and I love it. It is really handy and easy to use. I could not be without one now.

My hubby won't eat my ck noodle soup or stroganoff w/o those noodles he loves them so.

My grandmother made homemade eggs noodles - she dried them on the kitchen table. They were the best. I made them a few times over the years, but rolled them out and cut them. A pasta maker would be the best.

It's still alot of work even with a pasta maker. But they come out thinner and are cut more evenly than you can do by hand. And actually it's cheaper to make them buy hand then to buy them it's just a lil bit time consuming KWIM? But being a SAHM I have the time usually, just not always the patience for my lil helpers ;)
