Hi all mylotters here. Nice to meet you all here. I am getting fatter and fatter because of stress. Recently i am having my government exam so i keep on eating junk foods to release stress. Then i found out that i am getting fatter. What should i do? So that i can slim down. Thanks a lot for your suggestion. Happy myloting!!!

Actually exercise is a great way to release stress! It doesn't give you the same type of feeling as sitting down and eating chips and ice cream, but the more you keep up with it the better you will feel. I like to turn on my favorite cd and just dance and sing in my room. Also I've gotten in to some yoga, very very stress-releasing and good for your body. Sometimes if I am mad about something I like to go out and run, or just take a long walk. It gives you time to think about things and get your life back in perspective. When you feel good physically it will help out your mental state. But definitely talk to a doctor if you plan on starting an exercise regime.
In the meantime, when you need to munch try and make it as healthy as possible. Veggies or apples and peanut butter are a favorite of mine. If you need to eat junk food try and find the healthiest alternative. Popcorn or pretzels or healthier 'baked' potato chips, sherbert or frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, maybe a low-fat muffin instead of cupcakes. Good luck and try and stay healthy!!!
