We love our chicken wings here! We fry up a bag of chicken wings. Then we will take Franks Red Hot and mix it with butter. The hotter you want them the more sauce you add. The milder you want it the more butter you add. I like mine to have mostly a buttery taste with just a hint of the hot sauce while my mom prefers a hotter flavor. They are delicious!

Adobo sounds delicious. How much do you use of each ingredient? I will have to try it some time!

Wings are the best part of the chicken and the tastiest for me. I enjoy it however it cooked. It serves a main dish or finger food for me.
How do i prepare it is like this. After thoroughly cleaning the chicken wings, i just marinate it with calamansi, patis (fish sauce) and ground pepper overnight or just in time for meals. Then will deep fry it and voilaaa!!! Yummy chicken wings! Just tomato ketchup for the dipping will do. If i want it a little spicy, i'll just add tabasco in my tomato ketchup.
Another one is the Adobo. Saute garlic (more garlic, the more tastier) and onion in hot oil, add the chicken wings. Wait until the meat is tender or ready to pour in the soy sauce, simmer for 5mins, add vinegar and let it simmer again for 5mins so the sour smell won't stay. Add pepper and a little fish sauce to taste. If you have laurel leaf add it. You may want it with a little sauce or let the chicken wings fry in it's own oil. Enjoy your chicken wings adobo!
