U.S. Airways My girlfriend and I used this airline over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we were somewhat horrified: Flight #1: The panel next to my seat was separated from the plane wall. Flight #2: The flight was supposed to take one hour, but took half an hour due to a young 20-something rogue pilot who flew from Charlotte to Charleston in less than 45 minutes, and didn't even give the attendants a chance to do drink service. Flight #3: PERHAPS AND HOPEFULLY THE WORST FLIGHT WE WILL EVER HAVE!!! All good, until we're circling Philly for the layover -- DURING CIRCLING, the pilot lets down the wing flaps, making the plane DROP. DROP!!! This is why you should always wear your seatbelts, ladies and gents. Flight #4: No issues, exept I'm still shaking from flight #3. Yay! Any stories to share? Please tell your crappy airline stories!

I dont know if its the airline or the holidays . But I guess these things happen when a lot of people travel . My friends and I took the same airline to New York 2 years ago. we arrived at the RDU airport at 6:00 am when everyone was already boarding the plane. We came on time I guess, but since the passengers were already boarding, they didnt accept us ebcause we needed to check in , etc. They could have let us checked in since the plane would take off in one hour. We were told to wait for the next plane, which will be leaving after 5 hours but since the flight was delayed and they said they had to fix the plane first, etc we waited hours for almost forever. The prize we had to pay for arriving late for atleast less than 5 minutes. We were supposed to arrive at 8 am in NY but arrived at almost midnight. From then on, I promised myself not to travel on holidays.
