What is the use of putting TAGS when it does not show up?

I have a habit of putting tags on all the topics that i respond to and i never press skip because i always thought that putting tags is very useful but when i do so why it does not show up?Can you please explain?

It is just for your managing. If you put an explicit tag you can always search for that tag to find some discussion.

i know what are the uses of tags but sometimes i just do not see it show up after putting it...should it be specific one word that relates to the topic or what?

I guess you only see tags if you create the discussion. If you answer one, your tags doesn't show.

so we only see it when starting the discussion...oh well so i will not put any more tags when replying to topics?meaning just skip it?

Yes sometimes the tag you put does not show up! I also do not know why, maybe it has exceeded the number that could be accommodated but just the same whether it appear or not I still do put tag and never skip because it seems I'm earning from doing it. I am not so sure about this dear but better just be sure that I am not missing any chances of earning here at myLot. Never mind if the tag shows or not just keep putting tag or tags in your topics. friends above mentioned that your tags will not show if you are not the topic starter...as for me i still have to check that out if its true indeed because im not pretty sure about tags...and its good that you are aiming for higher earnings here in mylot.

yes i noticed that too just like for example this particular topic i just put two tags and look at them above it is already three...so what is it really?

Well, tags shows up only when we are starting to a discussion not replying to it. Tags are use for search purposes. We may not see it on the screen but it is what the computer (server) use whenever we are using the search function of MyLot.

oh okey now i understand the use of it so from now on i will just skip on it whenever i reply to friends topic.
