I work in an office and sometimes I am required to interact with cusstomers.Now most of the customers are good persons whom I enjoy interacting with and sometimes even form lasting relationship well beyond the confines of work.Then there are those "fat stiff necked ones" I cant stand .These are the ones who have money and feel that one, that guarantees that they can treat people anyway and two, they think they know it all and they should get what they want all the time.Yes, this is the kind of customer that there is no reasoning with because they come equipped with the knowledge that they know more about what your are doing than you.They may have read a book or a magazine so that certifies them to be giving tips and advice on how and what you should be doing.I had one like that the other day and it took me the better part of an hour to convince him that what he requested could not be done that way and another hour to convince him of a viable alternative. Dont you just wish you scream curse words or wring his neck until it snaps but you cant so you just grin and bear it and be as polite and as nice as you can.Maybe you even offer him a cup of coffee (you would offer him prickled pepper if it was up to you) and a chair (you rather let him sit on the ground).
