Cute? No, but so what?

Is Shrek cute or lovely? Absolutely, no. But so what? It does not matter. I love the film not because the characters of the film are cute,beautiful or handsome, but as the story is so excellent that you couldn't help to love it. The story is quite oppsite to the tradional ones, it told people that not only prince and princess can become a couple, but also Shrek and princess Fiona can. That's great! It made people become confident when they try to purse their real love no matter how difficult it might be. The same situation is the same with me too, though I failed once, I still believe that if we want, we can. It's really a lovely film thouth the characters are not cute, yes? Maybe this is why we love the cartoon film even we are not kids any more. Am I right?
