 I am in the process of creating an online pokemon rpg. It is to be called "The Pokemon Solar Forces RPG". Would anyone be interested in a online game like this. The site will be 100% free and 100% ad free. What do you think about the pokemon genre and online pokemon rpgs? I think pokemon games are a ton of fun. That is why I am creating an online free pokemon game. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what should be put on my rpg. Things such as battle and trading. I also need original ideas for my rpg that are "unexpected" and completely original that can't be found in the actual pokemon games. Does anyone have any ideas? I am very open to ideas and would greatly appreciate them. Currently, all I have done is the homepage, storyline, and a part of the log in. I am currently working on the database to store data of users and their pokemon/items. I really need ideas though and would appreciate any kind of ideas. i think if you somehow worked a room were you picked one of you pkmn to fight with and you get 2 revives and nothing else then you pick a lv group to battle like lv 40-50s then for each pkmn you fight you spin a wheel and get something like exp. an item maybe a weaker pkmn then if you make it to the end of 25 battles you get a big prize
but this would help ppl train
make it expensive though so you cant do it 100 times a day
also make it to were if a lv 75 goes in it cant fight lv 7s and lv up 2 times ya know?
another thing is possibly open up like a personal store kind of thing a away for ppl to trade pkmn n items n money
so you can sell your weedle ect.
oh and all pkmn available plzzzz

| corey151302 (58) | 1 year ago | The idea about the store thing would be cool. I will probably use that one. I don't think the room idea thing would work out though. The reason is because once you can beat it once then they will beat it the next and the next. The levels of the pokemon will be based on experience, so the higher the level your pokemon battles the more experience they get, but also the higher level of your pokemon, the more experiece you need to level up. There will also be no top level. So you could get to level 10,000 or something. Thanks for the help. That was a big help, so thanks again. | |

2.  itrungs (105) | 1 year ago |  The idea is really good, everyone loves pokemon, like who doesn't, anyones bound to have at least played it once, or heard of it. It is a good idea because i enjoy playing games that are online and have multiple players. I'm not quite sure how long a user will play it for, there is going to be of course, pokemon addicts but i do not now the popularity of this online game. Generally the youth play it more frequently, but if it is on the computer, most parents would probably not let their children excessively use the computer. I probably would not play it online, because, no offence but it is kinda a waste of time.=]. Though most young children will enjoy playing it. Make it a more friendly based game, and a easy GUI and navigation layout so kids can navigate their way through the menus easily.

That is why I am going to have an amazingly long and hard story mode. The storyline is completely original. There will be a good anviagational system. I also understand that mainly kids will play, whch is why I will also be having a parent information section and strict rules. I too, am not crazy about the pokemon series, but I like it and I also like to code. | |

Do you want to make your RPG like the Nintendo ones in the sense that you have the gyms to go to and the place to exploer or do you mean more Stadium style with a series of battle tournaments to enter? Perhaps you could do a featuer where people could trade Pokemon.
I have been thinking about designing one to. A few years back, I though I know I have a unique idea-you get to play as the Pokemon-Then Nintendo done it-Doh! Though Im glad they did thoes games they look good but my idea is not so unique now in that way but Im working on some ideas for it anayway.

Pokemon is cool, but not hip anymore.=( I don't know what people like to play now-a-days, probably WoW type of game. An RPG need a good storyline. Originality. Graphics need to be stunning. You need Team Rocket. Long live Jessie and James!!

| pokelover (1) | 5 months ago | good idea!you should make a game based on the Pokemon dungeon series!where there no trainer you can make a guild/team and have a base for your guild/team the player play as any pokemon of their choose,you can have your own house,you can train with your guild/team you can join your own guild/ team,etc.make it free cause a game isn't fun if you pay for it!
