I have a Toshiba laptop that I love.

you can try product from APPLE. my com, iPod, mp3 are from APPLE, and so far so good. so, my suggestion is try Apple laptop.

Laptop have different variety & the choice is as per your requirment
I igree with you dell as the best brand simultaneously few more brands are available like HP, HP compaq, Toshiba, Acre, HCL Etc

I think the best laptop manufacturer is IBM and Sony, IBM is best for long lasting (but after Lenovo buy IBM, it seem not durable as before). and Sony is best for high class.

I think Dell still remain the best manufacturer up till now and it ranks high on many categories like cheapness,design,strongness,etc,but when it comes to class,Apple macbook,Sony and HP top the list.

I think the best brands of laptops are Toshiba and Dell. Toshiba laptops are really durable and have really good designs. Dell laptops are really powerful. The Dell XPS series is really good for gaming but are really expensive. I own an Acer laptop now but I'm actually planning on changing it within the next year or so.

I agree with you that dell is so far the best desktop/laptop manufacturer I know in terms of cost, application, rigidness, and support.

I like DELL because it is cheap and it is worth for what we pay. i think other laptops are delecate than DELL. Even dell offers laptops with high configuration and low cost. Dell warranty is world wide but other manufacture offer on site warranty which i don't like.

HP is my favorite computer brand. i use hp computer in my office,it operates well.

I think that HP is probably the best laptop manufacturer comparing with most of the others. Dell isn't that bad, but for some models, I think HP actually made them better than Dell.
