| |  lifting gloves, wrist wraps, power straps for deadlifts, a belt just incase I feel I want to do a heavy squat or bench press. Also hair dryer, soap, shampoo and a towel. An empty jug for water. I do have a locker. Oh and headphones for the dreaded and boring cardio.

| |  gloves, extra shirt and towel, my supplements, i don't avail lockers, i think it is best of girls coz the carry a lot of things on there hand, power bars? maybe if i got some, toiletries? i use to when my body is adjusting to new whey protien.

| |  shoes, a t shirt, shorts, pants, socks, gloves, towels, water, protein shakes. that's about it, my gym provides me so much things I don't have to carry many things, oh and I carry my cardio watch
