Frozen Dory Fish  | |  Anyone here like the frozen dory fish?
I usually bake it in the oven for about 20 minutes in a baking dish, wrapped with aluminium foil.
Ingredients, one big onion, chopped up, some carrots and onions diced, a bit of paprika, some pepper, and thyme. Occassionally I put in button mushrooms(juicy little fellas).
Any one got good recipes or suggestions?

btw, aside from dory what other fish fillet can you recommend?:)
