Does anybody else take supplements for their workouts? If so list what you take and your goals.

My goals is to bulk up, and just look good for senior trip.

Well done for working out.

My brother in law takes protein in a huge tin to bulk up. He really has become huge but he really looks well. I think it has everything in it he needs.

Sorry I am not useful to your discussion but I thought I would reply. I would love to tone my arms up as they are really saggy but I think I will skip the protein and just use some weights.

Good luck and I am sure you will look well with some more workouts.

I used to take Creatine, it works pretty good, just remember its a supplement and you'll need to exchange it for some veggies to curb the sugar that's in there.
