What are you living for?

It's funny before I got to your question about living for God I was going to put that as my answer. I think I can say I do what you are doing going to church, trying to be honest, etc.. At times I feel I could do more but then realistically I do what I can because again it's not by works that you are saved. I have five kids to raise and sometimes that is overwhelming itself. I try to do somethings here and there when I can but I know my first priority is my children and raising them according to the way God would want them to be raised. I think God has put several people in my life that makes me want to watch over them and remind them that good things come from God. Today I gave these men who came to our church to sing some tamales I made this afternoon and the look on this mans face was like .... I don't know maybe thanking God that he provided for them. They were really tired and had to sleep early because they were catching a plane in the morning. I just did it but the look on his face made me felt that God needed it to be done no matter how small the task is.

God, friends, family- three most important things in my life
I go to church and try to help people where possible- I think I could do more but I don't know what either
any suggestions? I like making people happy- how can I do that in a simple way?

I dare not say that I'm already living my whole life for God, cos sometimes I still put my personal agenda as priority. If you're asking me, how I try to live for God, I'd say, I'd do that by putting God's will as superior to my own plans, dreams and wants. It's sketchy and blur sometimes that I lose my patience to wait on God. But thankfully, through my parents and friends I get support and help. And through His Word, God's will becomes clearer.
