What is star rank, rating and mylott reputation? Plz explain

Its only 4 day i am here in mylot but still I have not understand the ranking, why some member have star, what is mylot reputation . My mylot reputation is 60/100 now but one hour later it is 65/10 what this means. Plzz explain it

It still says 60 to me. But, it goes up and down constantly. You have no control over how others rate you. The ratings system is just a popularity contest. I would not worry about it. It's not important. ;)
