can fast food be a part of weight loss or healthy diet plan? you might not think so. but i think so. an occasional stop at a fasst food restaurant can fit into a healthy diet plan. you have to keep your portions size small. there are various sizes of sandwiches on the menu. choose the smallest one. choose a regular or children's size hamburger if you have an urge for that. skip the large serving of french fries always. opt for grilled items. fried and breaded items, are rich in calories so you can be fatty after eating them. select grilled or roasted chicken lean meats. watch what you drink. many beverages contain a large number of calories. insted rewach out for a diet soda or unsweetened iced tea. go for the greens. order a large salad which is fat free. take a baked potato. add a fruit bowl or a fruit and yoghurt option to your meal. other healthy choices include apple or orange slices , corn on the cob , steamed rice or baked potato chips.
now i think every body of you who restrict themselves eating out, can enjoy their meals, which are healthy and fulfilling too.
happy eating.

Hi there Awains!
Wow, that's really informative and helpful especially to a student like me who have to eat lunch out and usually, it is the fast food that's the nearest to the school.
Thank you very much for sharing that information.
