Call a missed call number-other end person abuses you!

Often I face this problem.Since I use my cell phone for business purposes more,I expect more calls from unknown numbers.After this life time cards are issued, there are more missed calls now a days.I always call back the missed calls to learn who he is.Some times the other end person responds in a rude manner desipte my polite speaking.Actually he should have made a wrong number call.Have you any experiences?Why is it more people lacks decency in answering calls?
