Do you all have Parol (Christmas Lantern) in front of your house?

Parol or Christmas lantern is one of the most famous Christmas ornament we have every Christmas. It was usually made from bamboo stick that form into star and wrap with colored papers. Now there are many different designs and style of lantern available in the market. There are lanterns made of plastic colored paper and cut it in different style, there are also modern lantern now that are bigger and more fabulous in design with different colored lights inside.
Do you all have Christmas lantern in your house?

we don't have parol in the house but i do have christmas decors but never think of buying parol. i don't know, i like christmas lights more. but i love to watch parols hang in some of the lamp post on the streets.

Sad that we don't. It's actually not allowed in our religion. But to see fabulous lanterns on the street are very entertaining.

Actually, we are living in the apartment building.. In every floor of our building, there's a full of Christmas light so that the whole building will be colorful and looks bright.. But there's no parol or Christmas Lanterns hanging in the building.. When you get inside our house, same thing you won't see any Christmas Lantern.. We just have some few Christmas light then a very small Christmas Tree, then that's it! We didn't buy anymore Christmas Tree because for me I don't feel the essence of Christmas right now since I will just spending my Christmas with my sister and niece.. This is my first Christmas not spending with the entire family.. So, maybe this coming Christmas I won't feel the essence of it and maybe I'll just treat it just like the ordinary days..
